 List of incredibles to make Idli rice Black gram(or)ural dal salt Required temperature for fermentation procedure to make Take  1/4 cup of black gram and 2cup idli rice mixed well and it grained well added required water in semi solid state and it fermented over the night. Then next day transfer the required portion to a mixing bow and pour little water as needed to make it spreading consistency. Added pinch of required salt in the mixture.then take dosa pan heat the pan on a medium high heat. when the pan is hot enough then spread  the  flour in center of the pan as like as thin round shape. Note:Dosa with fish gravy is good combination to eat. Benefits of Dosa It as good protein  Good source of carbohydrates Good for weight loss Easy to digest and it best breakfast "stay home eat well"
